These terms of use govern your access to and use of hyflextraining.com (the "site"), operated by Hyflex Training Solutions. By using this site or enrolling on one of our courses, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

About us: Hyflex Training Solutions is a REC Accredited Centre, providing recruitment training courses including the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and the Certificate in Inhouse Recruitment, delivered through a blend of self-paced online learning, instructor-led sessions, and face-to-face training.

Using this site: You may use this site to browse our courses, make enquiries, and register your interest in training. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, introducing malicious code, or using it in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

Course enrolment: Enrolling on a course is subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking. We'll confirm the specific terms of your enrolment, including pricing, course dates, and payment method, at the point of booking.

Fees and payment: Course fees are as stated on the relevant course page at the time of booking, plus VAT where applicable. Payment terms will be confirmed as part of the enrolment process.

Cancellations and refunds: If you're a consumer booking a course for personal use, you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless you've already started the course with your agreement. To cancel, contact us at enquiries@hyflextraining.com. Any specific cancellation terms for a course will be confirmed at the point of booking.

Intellectual property: All content on this site, including text, course materials, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Hyflex Training Solutions and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our course materials or site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Our liability: We provide this site and the information on it "as is" and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
