Certificate in Recruitment Practice Level 3 - CertRP Online Course
The REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice delivered by HYFLEX, has been developed to provide recruiters and potential recruiters with an industry recognised qualification at Level 3, which is equivalent to A Levels on the framework. The Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice has 6 mandatory units which are examined in one 2½ hr exam, approximately 10 weeks after you start the course.

This online self learning course has been broken into bite sized learning pathways, each with its own quiz to test your knowledge as you progress. There is a course knowledge test at the end of course, which once successfully completed you will be sent a certificate of completion which you can add to your CPD (Continues Professional Development) portfolio. Following the successful completion of this course you will be automatically enrolled into a half day role play session, where you will engage with live interactive sessions based on the scenarios you have just learnt in a safe and controlled environment.

The REC Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment, delivered by HYFLEX, is an industry-recognised qualification designed to develop the practical skills and competence needed to succeed in recruitment. Learners will develop their ability to identify client requirements, attract and assess candidates, manage recruitment processes, build strong client relationships and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey. The qualification also offers optional units covering areas such as recruitment planning, market research, sales, negotiation and networking. To achieve the diploma, candidates must complete all 9 mandatory units and 13 credits from optional units, demonstrating their competence through workplace practice and a portfolio of evidence.
